An engine powered by oxygen or by water instead of carbon containing fuel. An engine running with oxygen ( O2 ) or with ozone ( O3 ) and the corresponding exhaust gas ( H4O2 ) or( H6O3 ), instead of carbon dioxide ( CO2 ).

If carbon is not required for volume expansion, then it can be replaced by oxygen, then the internal combustion engine becomes an oxygen containing or an ozone containing water engine.

It can also be called a thunderstorm engine because it produces artificial lightning in its combustion chamber. The associated thunder clearly shows how the volume expands.
The presented engine is not only absolutely new, but also environmentally friendly both in terms of water as fuel and the emitted exhaust gas.
